Pre- and post- conference tests, as part of the Hot Topics in Regional Anesthesia session, taking place on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 10:00 am. The tests will only be only be available May 24- June 21, 2021 to VAM delegates. 

During the live session, the speakers will discuss the risks and benefits of recent motor sparing approaches for lower extremity analgesia, including the guidelines, recommendations and recent evidence regarding peri-operative anticoagulation and regional anesthesia.

After attending this session participants will be able to:

• articulate the indications for ACB and PENG Block.           
• state the anatomic basis for the analgesic efficacy and motor sparing effects of the ACB and PENG blocks.
• explain the recommendations and guidelines from different societies and organizations that are available for questions regarding peri-operative anticoagulation and regional anesthesia.
