The CAS 2012 Annual Meeting is rapidly approaching.
Please note that after today, our CAS Annual Meeting hotel blocks are released for sale to the general public.
If you have not yet booked your hotel, and to ensure availability at the CAS preferred group rate, we urge you to book at the host hotels as quickly as possible.

Rebate details
As an incentive to booking within the CAS hotel block during the CAS Annual Meeting, all delegates who have registered for daily registrations and have booked a one-night stay at any of the three host hotels will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
Delegates who register for the full meeting and have booked within the CAS hotel block will receive a $100 Visa gift card. This applies to paying delegates only (excludes Retired/Emeritus members).
How to collect the rebate
Those qualifying for the hotel rebate may collect their rebate at the CAS Concierge Desk in the registration area during regular registration hours.

As official airline of the 2012 CAS Annual Meeting, Air Canada is offering a 10% discount to individuals traveling to the conference (Quebec City only). Porter Airlines
Porter Airlines offers a 20% discount on all fare classes for attendees travelling to Quebec City for the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society Annual Meeting.
