Updates to the 2012 meetingAs part of our commitment to our members, we have implemented the following changes based on feedback from Annual Meeting delegates.
- Elimination of Tuesday from the conference, thereby saving members' time. All programming and events will now be within the three-day timeframe.
- Residents’ Day will be moved to a track during the meeting.
- Workshops and breakout sessions will be scheduled to avoid either insufficient or unnecessary time between sessions.
- To enhance meeting room arrangements, delegate pre-registration will be required for all sessions, and is mandatory for all ticketed workshops, section events and certain social functions. Tickets will not be required for non-ticketed events. However, pre-registration for non-ticketed sessions is not a guarantee of a seat.
