The Center for Simulation, Safety and Advanced Learning Technology at the University of Florida hosts a large number of simulations and airway device videos for anesthesiology trainees and educators. A large number of pharmacokinetic, physiologic and simulations related to the anesthesia machine is offered. These award-winning simulations are advanced and very helpful to explain some integrated concepts. The site also have a video library of different airway devices. 
The 5 th edition of this excellent web site is solely dedicated to teach current understanding and concepts of capnography. It has been described to to be equivalent to a dynamic text book on capnography, but unlike a textbook, this site undergoes frequent updates on monthly basis.

AnesthesiaUK provides medical information, education and communication to Anesthetists in training. Although the target audience are those preparing for the FRCA examination, residents from North America will also find it useful.
