Speaker: Dr. Andrew M. Suess MD, FRCPC
A review of evidence based guidelines and recommendations for perioperative normothermia.
Dr. Andrew Suess is a Staff Anesthesiologist at William Osler Health System in Brampton/ Etobicoke, Ontario. He completed his medical training at the University of Western Ontario, his residency in Anesthesia at McGill University and a clinical fellowship in pediatric anesthesia at Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He currently sits on both the Endoscopy Council and the National Surgery Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) Committee at the William Osler Health System. He has lectured on numerous topics within the area of Anesthesia including: Antihypertensives in the Perioperative Period, Anesthesia for Pediatric Strabismus Surgery, Cuffed Endotracheal Tubes in Pediatric Anesthesia and Malignant Hyperthermia.
