Duplication of CAS content and materials for educational purposes is permitted. Obtain permission to duplicate for any other purposes by faxing the request or sending an e-mail message to the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society. Any permitted use should acknowledge the Canadian Anesthesiologists’ Society as the source. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited.

For all CAS educational activities, the speaker/author has the responsibility of obtaining the necessary copyright permission(s) if any portion of the prepared materials is not their original work and he/she does not hold the copyright. It is the speakers’/authors’ responsibility to ensure that copyright is not infringed when producing their materials. 

All presentations and other materials used for CAS educational activities belong to the speaker/author and are only distributed with his/her permission.

For all accreditation requests, it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted material does not infringe copyright. 

CAS respects the copyright for all documents received as part of an accreditation application package. All applicant’s materials are securely stored by the office and only shared with the reviewer(s) for the accreditation assessment.
